👍 Lo buenoLiving in the city center means you can move around easily, have everything you need close by, and enjoy more flexibility. If you have concerns about the security of your barrio, this is a very good choice.
👎 Lo maloThe woman responsible for managing the contract doesn't genuinely care — beyond words — about the harmony within the household. The concrete issue is that one person, who has been living there for a long time and has no intention of leaving, imposes his own rules without any collective discussion. This create un unbearable situation.
💬 Consejo al caseroPlease note that you will be asked to pay a room booking 'fee'of 300 euros, but this is not normal. Everything is handled as if it were a tourist contract, when it clearly isn't.
